* I know that running/walking on a road or track race is a potentially hazardous activity. I represent that I am medically able and properly trained to participate in this event. I assume all risks associated with this event including, but not limited to heat exhaustion, falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, dangerous traffic and field conditions, etc. all such risks being known and unknown and recognized by me. I hereby agree, for myself and for my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, executors and administrators, to waive, release and forever discharge the Hispanics Offering People Education Group and its respective directors, officers, volunteers, and any and all sponsors, suppliers, and any other personnel assisting or connected to this event. Any right, claims, or demands therefore which may have or which I may hereafter accrue to me arising out of injury to my person or my property Incurred in the connection with participation in the Zombie 5K Fun Run held on Oct 23, 2021. I give permission for free use of my name and picture in any broadcast. telecast. or written account of this event I understand that the entry fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
