What We Do

Our organization is a newly formed group wanting to give back to our community by helping to raise funds to award scholarships to students and to offer education of peoples health needs through seminars

" I have been working with HOPE since the 11th grade. At first, I only helped because I was trying to get community service hours for the National Honor Society. However, as time went by and I continued to work with them, I learned that I really liked being apart of HOPE and it was lots of fun. I participated in the Zombie Run and according to many runners, I was the best. I helped sell BBQ tickets for the scholarship fundraiser which made this shy guy into a small time businessman. Lastly and one of my favorites, I helped sell food, snacks, and drinks at the Christmas on Morton Street in Richmond. I received the scholarship HOPE was giving two times which really helped pay for books and online access to the necessary websites. Doing all these events along with the people from HOPE made turn from a shy uninterested kind of person into a more conservative person and they have really helped me come out of my shell and in college finance."

"Thanks to the wonderful and supportive members of HOPE, I was able to successfully complete my nursing degree and help my family and I go through college. The members of HOPE really care about the students in their community and have been in touch with me all throughout college. I volunteered with this organization all throughout high school and college. This scholarship helped me so much with buying necessary supplies and books to complete my degree. I am so thankful towards them and will continue giving back to this organization and our community."

"H.O.P.E. Is a great nonprofit organization that provides Fort Bend county high school seniors scholarships for higher education. It was an honor to serve as a Board member and currently as a volunteer. I can proudly testify the members diligently working hand in hand during the fundraisers for the good of our future nurses, teachers, policemen and every profession for the good of our community. May we be an exemplary role model to our future citizens and may they continue to implement our goals in the future helping people further their education."

There are many ways to join us and support our mission. H.O.P.E. is a non-proﬁt organization supported by community leaders, corporate sponsors, churches and other resources.

Scholarship Application

Scholarship funds are designated for tuition and/or fees at a state funded, accredited college, university, technical or vocational school. A credit for the full scholarship award will be deposited directly to the educational institution of choice. HOPE reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to the release of scholarship funds. If applying for continued education scholarship, please fill in the applicable information, including a biography, school to be attending and course. If chosen, funds will be released when certificate of registration is submitted.
